Kuchisake-onna Kuchisake-onna   ( 口裂け女 ,  wanita bermulut robek )  adalah sejenis  siluman  dalam  mitologi  dan  legenda urban Jepang . Ia berwujud seorang wanita yang bermulut robek. Dalam legenda urban Jepang, ia menutupi mulutnya dengan masker operasi dan sering muncul di jalan-jalan yang sepi. Ia bertanya pada orang yang ditemui apakah dirinya cantik. Bila orang itu menjawab tidak atau ketakutan melihat wujud seramnya maka ia akan membunuh orang itu.
